Panic Away program was created and written by Barry Mcdonagh, a former anxiety sufferer who is changing America and the rest of the world's approach to Anxiety and panic attacks.

Who is Barry McDonagh?

Why is Barry McDonagh's plan different?
The program created by Barry McDonagh is miles apart from what people have seen or heard about anxiety and panic attacks as:

Step 1
Panic attacks are usually triggered by an unusual body sensation. This body sensation usually comes out of the blue and trigger a feeling of intense confusion and fear. Com mourn bodily sensations are palpitations, tightness chest, shortness of breath and dizziness. Whatever these bodily sensations are, it is very frightening that you react with fear that something bad might be happening to you.
Step 2
If you continue overreacting with this feeling of fear and confusion, your body's natural defense mechanism is activated. It is this mechanism that tries to keep you safe while you are having a panic attack. It is the mixture of this biological mechanism with your not knowing what is happening to you, that triggers a full blown panic attack.
Step 3
The panic only subside when the fight response deactivate. The problem is that now you feel totally fricked-out by what just happened due to the chemical being released by your body during the panic attack. This feeling can last for hours after the initial panic attack.
Step 4
It is now the fear of another similar panic attack that keeps you trapped into this loop f anxiety state of mind. You think that is best to avoid the situations that triggered your initial attack to avoid a similar occurrence.
Because of this your mind is always ion the lookout for similar situations, and your body stays anxious and sensitized. This tension creates more anxious body sensations which ultimately will lead to stage 1 and another panic attack loop.
You can clearly see from this loop diagram how can a person suffering with panic attacks and anxiety being trapped into a continuous circle that can last weeks, even years depending on the help and /or treatments that a person receive. I can only dread to think what that must be like.
